Sex Therapy
Is your sex life not what you want it to be? Perhaps you find yourself experiencing erectile challenges or having a hard time getting to orgasm. Maybe you are feeling pain during sex. Or maybe you and your partner have different levels of sexual desire and that’s been hard to navigate. We’re told that sex should come “naturally”, but sometimes it can be really hard!
If you find yourself experiencing any of the issues above (or disruptions in any part of your sex life) there’s hope!
I think that you deserve to have fantastic sex and I can help you get there! I take the best of clinical sexology knowledge and mix that with an expansive and non-judgmental stance to help people have more fulfilling sex. It’s as simple as that.
If you’re looking for a more vibrant and more connected sex life, reach out. I’m just one contact away!

LGBT+ Therapy
Being a sexual minority can be really hard sometimes. It can be confusing. It can be isolating. It can be alienating. As a fellow queer person, I get it.
You may find yourself trying to make sense of your gender identity or sexual/romantic attractions. Maybe you’re navigating dating and relationships. You may be considering coming out or transitioning but aren’t sure what to do. Maybe you’re out, but you’re still feeling disoriented. Or maybe you’re a person of faith and can’t figure out what to do with your spiritual convictions. As a fellow LGBT+ person, I get it.
However, these feelings do not have to be the last word! Although there’s challenge that comes with being LGBT+, there is amazing freedom that comes from learning to love ourselves in all our queer glory. I really believe this!
I want you to live into the fullness of yourself, and we can work to get you there! The first step is to reach out.
I work from an affirming, “Side-A” approach.

Spirituality
As you’re reading this, where do you find yourself spiritually?
If you’re like a lot of the folks I work with, you’re feeling a bit discouraged or disoriented. You may even be feeling rejected by your faith community. Especially if you’re LGBT+, this is a sadly common experience.
If you’re feeling rejection, discouragement or disorientation; know that this dosen’t have to be the end. Your spiritual path does not have to end at stuckness. Whether its religious spirituality or non-relgious spirituality, I want to help you construct a spirituality with space for all of you. With secular training in religious studies and a progressive seminary education, I am ready to help you build this.
Let’s find your spiritual home. Reach out, I’m ready to help you find it!
